From Nothing to Something — the Miami Way

When this family arrived in South Florida in the early 1990s, Miami was a city in motion. Construction cranes dotted the skyline, new neighborhoods were taking shape, and opportunity was everywhere — but only for those willing to work for it. That’s exactly what they did.

Starting with nothing more than the tools in their hands and a determination to earn every customer’s trust, they took on the jobs others passed over — the complicated re-roofs, the storm-damaged homes, the tight timelines. They showed up on time, worked until the job was done right, and never left a property worse than they found it.

Word spread the way it always does in Miami — one neighbor telling another. Over the years, that word of mouth turned into a track record: hundreds of roofs across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, every one of them installed with the same standard as the first.

Miami has grown enormously since then — the skyline is unrecognizable, the neighborhoods have transformed, the population has nearly doubled. LZ Roofing & Construction has grown with it, but the values have never changed. No shortcuts. No corners cut. No excuses.
