By accessing lzroofing.com and submitting any form or request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors and customers of LZ Roofing & Construction Corp.

Services

LZ Roofing & Construction Corp. provides residential and commercial roofing services in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, Florida. All work is performed under Florida Roofing Contractor License #CCC1329407. Actual service scope, pricing, and timelines are established through a written contract prior to commencement of any work.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates provided through this website or by phone are preliminary assessments only and are not binding quotes. Final pricing is determined after an on-site inspection and is formalized in a written proposal. Prices may vary based on roof size, pitch, material, and site conditions.

No Guarantee of Availability

Submitting a form or contacting us does not guarantee scheduling or service availability. We will respond promptly and work to accommodate your timeline to the best of our ability.

Warranties

Workmanship warranties are provided in writing at the time of project completion. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and project type.

Limitation of Liability

LZ Roofing & Construction Corp. is not liable for damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather events occurring after project completion, pre-existing structural issues not identified during inspection, or customer-directed material selections.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from services provided by LZ Roofing & Construction Corp. shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
